We purchased thoshiba led in October 2014. My led was not working so I complained on Feb 23rd 2017. I got 3 year warranty on led. Toshiba engg came and said that part need to be change. It will take one week to arrive part. After a week we called customer care rep std that it will take one more week. We calling every week but rep continuously saying that wait for one week. And not providing any other details. So I write an email to Toshiba at [email protected]
and received email from Toshiba that my query has been escalated and will contact soon. I emailed query on 20th march 11 days already passed but no one has contacted yet. Today we called customer care still they are saying that we have to wait another week.
Please help me no one is listening my query.
