Torrent Power - Power Distribution Complaint Rating:   

Dear Sir,

I am a consumer of Torrent Power Ltd. In the last any of the month I haven't got the bill more than Rs.1500 {Max). But in the month of October 2016 got the bill of Rs. 4821.76. When I was paid the bill (Period: August and September 2016) in October 14th 2016 along with a complaint of wrong reading of meter. After 4 days I went to my home town because of some family problems after 2 days I got the message from Torrent Power which include the bill details of October 2016 of Rs 4821.76. On 13th January 2017 they had disconnected my power connection. Now I just visited their office and said all the information which I have but they are refuse to listen all of I want say and told me to pay the immediately.

Now i want the justice from you . My humble request you to please help me to get justice.
