This is Regarding my Pending Issue in Torque Auto at S.G. Highway Ahmedabad .
Its been 12 months we have purchased the Car Skoda Rapid Automatic from this location .
The Registration No of the Car is GJ-01-RV-2992
At the time of Purchase we were Committed Regular 1 Yr Warranty and Additionally 3 Yrs Warranty .
After the Delivery of the Car we did follow up for the Certificate of 3 Yrs Extended Warranty but we were told that they need to confirm with the higher authority as it was committed by some sales person Mr SatyaPrakash who had already left the job .
The complete detail of the case was discussed by my wife Palak Kotak with Mr Aurn Pandey and he committed to resolve the pending issue .
Its been very long and still we are doing the follow up but there is no reply .
From Last week my wife is giving them Reminders on their official email id but surprisingly there is not a single reply .
The Reason may be either complete staff is really very busy with work and not getting time to revert the mail or some other reason which is out of my knowledge .
