I purchased sonata wrist watch, through K-tech markting Pvt Ltd a dealer of Titan ltd, bill no 4521, model no 77055PP03J though my debit card on 08 Dec 16. On the first month the display is not working, I gave to showroom ( K-tech markting) it is battery fault, they told that. Again in the month of Feb 17, same problem is occurred, they told that same problem,so they send to CHENNAI.i took it but same problem is occurred. The company gave a damaged watch to me. So I need replacing it and want new one. But they are not any response.
Please help me.
