Timesplacetour - Fraud For Tour Booking Offer Complaint Rating:   

Hello,
Dear sir/madam,
I received a call & email from timesplacetour, they told me your email-id selected for a national tour package. It's cost Rs. 5999/- & assured a gift should be give to you as mentioned in attachment.after the complete transaction of money, they asked me for my address for sending the national tour package purchase invoice along with assured gift (DELL LAPTOP i5 3542). After 7 days i received speed post along with tour package purchase invoice but i didn't get the assured gift. So,I call their customer care (093203 88820) & she told your gift (DELL LAPTOP i5 3542) is damaged in midway hence it is returned to us & said it will again dispatched to you in next 3 days. After that day i always trying to call them but they do not answering my phone call. Their one mobile (+91 90764 23985) is ringing but they don't pick up the phone call. and the other (093203 88820) is switched off after i called them once.
So kindly help me, justice me.
