Respected sir/mam,

This is to inform you that I installed tikona connection (internet provider company)
After few days of using it the speed got weeken and I have to call every day for speed
So one day I decided that I don't need tikona anymore so I called tikona and asked them to wind up my connection .
Initially they were forcing me not to stay with tikona..
Now from December they haven't provided me connection and instead they are sending me bills for the month on which i didn't have used
Please help me sir/madam..I'm a small business man and I don't know how to deal with them the only hope is you ! Please
