Theshoefactory07 - Shoes In Exchange Not Delivered Complaint Rating:   

I bought shoes from an Instagram page naming the_shoe_factory07 using cash on delivery option... I didn't like the shoes so I asked seller for an exchange and hi said that send back the shoes you have to my address and as soon as I receive the shoes back I will send you the shoes u select in exchange... So I courier the shoes to his address by paying the bluedart 220 paytm cash... And the shoes I selected in exchange were 200 costlier so I also payed the seller 200 paytm cash... And now 9 days have passed since I courier him the shoes back and I haven't got the exchanged shoes... And now when Itry to contact him he doesn't reply...basically I have paid him 2220 rs and I don't have any thing I return...
