I ordered a mug. Not only was it expensive, it took a lot of time to arrive, and when it did, it was broken. The order was placed on the 19th of August.
The item is a mug. It cost Rs. 250, but delivery charges were Rs. 50 and the overall order cost Rs. 300.
The order was delivered on the 24th of August.
The handle is broken, and it probably broke during delivery seeing as how it is poorly packaged.

Furthermore, their return policy requires you to spend out of your own pocket to ship the mug back to them.
