Myself Chandra Prakash Pandey s/o Mr. Shiv Shankar Pandey, I got an accident at 14 October 2016 with my bike UP 44-3187 on Sultanpur-Allahabad hiway. My bike was insured, so I claim to "The Oriental Insurance Company LTD".
At 16 November 2016 I got my bike repaired. I sent all required documents & sale invoice '7248 ₹' to insurance company but till to date I talked to the officials there many times but so for my money did not back to me.
I would kindly request to you to help me get my money back.
This company is not worth the trust.
Sir I am a student & this is a huge amount for me.... please help me....I sent to you sale invoice & insurance copy.
