The Gemini - Non Payment Of Wages By Employer Complaint Rating:   

The employer is 'The Gemini'. This organization is based in Ahmedabad. I joined the organization on 1st of September on full time role as 'Corporate Business Head' and resigned on 27th of December. The amount due is 60,000 i.e., salary for December month and 1 month deposit. After my resignation they deleted my official mail account and did not respond approval on my resignation and also did not give any release date. Instead they have put my salary on hold. and i have been reminding them constantly. Initially they gave me reason that i have not completed 1 year in the organization that's why i will not get deposit and salary. i told them that it was not mentioned in my offer letter.
Then they gave me reason that i have not served them notice period that's why I will not get the amount. I was ready to serve notice period.
Now its been more than 20 days that they haven't updated me on my salary and deposit.
They are not even providing me with my salary slips for all 4 months.
