As I had told by customer care and service Centre representative I had upgrade my Tata Sky old box with new HD box by paying Rs 590 in cash to technician as I was told and I was also informed that I will get 2 month HD package and warranty of one year on box, remote and adapter but after installing my box stop working after one hour again on complaining technician visited and told that my adapter is not working and I have to pay Rs 200 for new adapter, and on contacting Tata Sky service Centre they told that my account is deactivated I don't know how and why instead of paying Rs 590 one day before, so I request consumer court to help in this matter by taking proper action
