My set top box is not working since 25th JUNE 2017 because of the technicians not handling my complaint which was taken up with them on a regular basis since 30th May. Now they want me to bear the charges to replace the set top box and I have refused to do so and hence they are not attending my complaint. Kindly look into the matter. My work order Nos.XVMWF2W DT.13/6/17, XWLIQRF DT.16/6/17, X6HTS5E DT.25/6/17, Y87Z2Y7 DT.27/6/17 and Y8WRHHL DT.28/6/17 have been as `auto resolved', `completed' or `cancelled' as per their records. I have spoken to nearly more than 50 representatives on their customer helpline inclusive of team leaders, senior team leaders, etc. etc. but they are unable to come to a solution. I firmly refuse to bear any charges for the inefficiency to the Tata sky team for inefficiently handling my issue so far.
I have stopped getting alerts of work orders from them and hence have sue the company further legally for the harassment done to me and loss I have suffered so far due to their negligence.

Deobrat Barat I am having TATASKY ID NO _1014532210 to view TV programs. Of late, there were several interruptions in the transmissions of the programs due to the reasons known to TATASKY only. It was observed that when the sky was clean and no cloud , programs were interrupted by indicating " TV connection interrupted due to rain" on the TV screen. I request TATASKY to check the system of transmission of their programs and take necessary steps for the faulty transmission. D.Barat
