Tata Docomo - Photon Dongal Complaint Rating:
Had requested for replacement of my tata photon dongal. On having a conversation with the customer care executive and also with the executive at Tata Docomo Store, Mall Road, Kanpur, I was told that on applying for replacement of the dongal, I will be provided with a NEW dongal in exchange of my previous dongal with a nominal fee of Rs 1000/-. After replacement I was handed over an old dongal which was simply repaired.
The executives of tata docomo made false promises and stated wrong information regarding the replacement offer and made an attempt to fool the customer. I hereby want a complete refund of the money which I had paid hoping for a fresh new dongal. Also, if the matter is not looked into, I have the phone call recordings as well as the receipts, I'll raise the issue on social media and consumer court.
