Tamil Nadu Mercantile Bank - ATM Withdrawal Failure Complaint Rating:

I am having SB account 156100050311578 with TMB, Sipcot branch, Tuticorin in Tamil Nadu. I tried to withdraw from ICICI ATM ID S1CW1525 @ 8.16 pm {ICICI Bank, Anna Salai, Chennai} on 12-04-2017. But it is certain that the txn is a failure one. Cash was not disbursed. The complaint was lodged with TMB, Sipcot Branch, on 15-04-2017. But still they are not able to obtain proof of evidence & video clipping from ICICI. I have made several personal visits and sent email and eventually I took this matter to Banking Ombudsman, chennai on 26-05-2017.
Only after that step only there was eamil from TMB on 07-06-2017 stating that ATM txn is successful. It is hard earned money. It is a fact that cash was not disbursed for ATM txn. Hence pl ask TMB to obtain records like ATM physical cash balance report on that particular ATM ID, switch report, ATM JP log etc from ICICI and settle the claim immediately. Already two months are over. When I contacted TMB, I was informed that they are yet to receive evidence from ICICI.
In my view, both TMB & ICICI have failed in their duty to settle the issue of ATM withdrawal complaint genuinely and if they insist that ATM transaction is successful, they have to give me proof of eveidence including video clipping.

In addition, they have to compensate at the rate of Rs.100 day from the date of complaint {15-04-2017} till its resolution. In addition, I should be adequately compensated for the mental agony suffered by me and my family with costs.
