Syska Gadget Secure - MY PHONE Samsung Galaxy A8 Complaint Rating:
I purchased a Samsung A8 on 17.07.2016 and purchased syska insurance for this gadget for 1 year .Due to an accident my phone screen broke, i filed a claim on 16.09.2016 with CIN no. 1609164203 . Since then I have made thousands calls to customer care and these people have always misled and gave false details . Today is 10.04.2017 till now i have not received my repaired phone . I am losing the span of insurance i have paid for. They have my phone from 8 months and not giving back . Everytime i call they have an automated response ' we have forwarded your concern ' . Please see to my concern . It is bought from hard earned money .
