Syska Gadget Secure - Mobile Insurance Complaint Rating:

I,rachana jain had compaint in syska on 5th jan & co. has register the compaint on 10th jan. My complaint no. In syska is 1701108948 All documents are uploaded on syska.Then said courier the document i hd courier. Then co. Said u have to courier handset i had told i will not do courier u will not give back my handset. Then too co. had said its their reposiblity they will not misplaced. Co. had send a courier boy & Then i had courier my handset on 9th march by aramex service.Then co. Told u hd nt uploaded orignal bill. 20 times told it is orignal bill.,but they refuse i had told u may cross check by last complaint or by which i had courier the document. But they are lazy can't check. till the handset is not repaired by co n co. is giving half amt of invoice.but i hd insured full hand set i want my handset repaired if not repaired give handset damage with insured amt.
