We had a insurance for our mobile from syska gadget which got damaged and on claiming for the insurance which was done in december now its april but there is no confirm notification of same initially they told us it is total loss so they would pay us half amount of the purchase price but now they say it is not in total loss so the status of complaint changes and adding to it we get a message from samsung gallery that the repair of mobile is done please collect it and we have no idea about same when it was given to repair and over it we have no communication of same from the syska company all update we get is when we call them on there helpline no. But we never get any update fron there end and after 4 months still it is not approved is the answer we get from there

Yogee The complaint id for above mentioned complaint logged in syska is 1611282656. Since i have not mentioned it above so m mentioning it now.
