Respected Sir/Madam
I was employed with SvarApps Technologies Bangalore (on behalf of IDC Technologies) and working for their client WIPRO in Pune. I tendered my official resignation on 11th January,2019 and 9th February, 2019 was my last working date with the company as my notice period was 1 month only. But my employer intentionally extended my notice period till 28th February,2019 for their billing so that they can extract money from client for additional days.
After too many requests and heeding to their demands, i finally told i will serve additional 5 days of notice period(which i did as well) to which they agreed and finally after clearing all exit formalities, i left the company on 13th February, 2019. I was told i will get my Relieving letter(RL) on my last day and finally they said they will send my RL on 26th Feb,2019. I have been following up and reminding them since many days to send my RL but they are not sending it. They are harassing me ever since i put down my papers and made me agree to all their terms. Despite heeding to all their demands, I am still continued to being harassed. I have not received my last 2 months salary and they have threatened they won't pay me my Full and Final Settlement and not provide my Relieving and Service Letters either.
I am being cheated and harassed mentally and financially on a daily basis. Request you to please help me in this regard as this has started taking a toll on my health.
