We - Me and My Wife were called in for the meeting at Grand Sarovar on 11th Feb 2017. We were in two minds about the company. However, Sarabjit, and Yogesh Muni were quite convincing and advised to book for membership by paying Rs.10000/-. If we wished not to go ahead with the membership, then we need to apply for refund within 10 days. However not going in for the membership, we conveyed our decision to Mr. Yogesh on 12th Feb 17, and subsequently put in a written application via email on 16th Feb 2017 for the refund. It has been a very trouble some journey to get the refund back. On Monday 6th March i am told that it will take atleast 30 days for the refunds to process. Unwilling to share the numbers of anyone except for Simab Khan, who i am told is in accounts at their head office in Amd and whose number is constantly engaged, the team refuses to come on line. Infact Mr. Sarabjit who was very cooperative till date, seems like avoiding any further conversation over this matter. every time i call him, Sarabjit Replies" please trust sir, your money will not go any where. Will update you in some time" The gentleman was to revert after speaking to his other team - at Ahmedabad, apparently who he claims has changed and new - in two days on Thursday, convinently does not revert on Thursday reason being it is Weekly Off. Mr. Yogesh is relutant to share any details since he cannot do so. also he does not want to disturb his senior - Mr. Sarabjit- on his weekly off.
While making a conversion of booking the membership, the team may go out to call you on their weekly offs, or any time, but while answering queries for the refunds, they are not willing to commit.
I am glad i am not taking this membership, since the start is so troublesome, i wonder what would have happened for the next 10 - 20 years of the membership.

The director, Ms. Seema Patel- as mentioned by Mr. Yogesh, has the contact details provided as the TollFree number on their webpage - This information is provided by Mr. Sarabjit when asked ot provide the Directors contact details.

I hope this reaches the concerned authorities to action this and have my refund process immediately without delay.
