Sunstar Club - Refund As Not Providing Committed Services Complaint Rating:   

Sunstar club is a fake company. On 19th November we were called by sun star club for the presentation in TGB( The Grand Bhagwati) hotel. Me and my husband attended the same first my husband did not show any interest in their speaking but they showed a golden view of the club and said that they will be providing 12 nights 24 nights 36 nights holiday with their tie up hotels in a year. And we can go through DAE in the world with this club at very reasonable rates. And above all they will provide interest of 2% on the principle amount if we are not using their holiday nights and we will give agreement in 2 to 3 days so my husband took the membership in my name. But nothing happened like that they didn't gave us the agreement copy till now three months have passed away. They are not replying to our mails not picking up phone and when we asked for refund their staff used abusing language with me and started fighting with my husband . They are usingactor Govinda And Kapil Dev name and cheating innocent public. Raman Kapoor Seema Patel and their whole staff are fraud and cheat they are not providing committed services So o want refund of my money
