I have placed an order for shoes and i paid in advance .i got a Mail saying the product will br delivered in 20 days. But one day i got a message saying the product is delivered but actually i did not receive any product.not even a call from delivery agent. On top of that the delivery is sent through bookmypacket which has no customer care service to ask where my package is.this is completely fraud activity
