Hi Team ,

I have purchased a shoe from online site i.e Street style store (SSS) on 30.05.17 (Order Reference YYWQJNKKV - placed on 05/30/2017) for which i have made a online payment , however the size of that shoe is small , so i have initiated the exchange for the same within 7 days as per their policy on 10.06.17 . Still I am waiting for them to collect and exchange my shoe and in the mean time i wrote two mails stating my concern , they neither replied to my mail nor they came to initiate the order . Please help me on that so that they stop cheating people .
