Sri Venkateshwara Motors - Not Refunding My Amount 36000 From Last 4 Years Complaint Rating:   

sri venkateshwar motors owner Parmath not refunding my amount 36000.every month I pay him 1000 for bike for 3 years.
Last year 1 June 2016 he told me 10 June collect money with 3 years intrest.
Till now I dint received a single rupees.
Stamp paper agrement done
He issued a cheque of 36000 three time it's was bones...
Pls help me....................
