Spicejet Airline - Ticket Booking Complaint Rating:   

On the website, the flight number SG 158 shows that it is refundable ticket and only Statutory taxes are applied. But the customer service people are not ready to refund the ticket amount. It is a very wrong practice. I booked the flight through a third party, Cleartrip. Currently even those guys have stopped responding to my calls and are not giving any appropriate reason for the same. I wish to lodge a complaint in that matter.
