We are into job consultant Business, our firm name is VSJL HR SERVICES, located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
We worked for Sparklewellness (Newly started in Vadodara) to full fill their hiring for employees. We worked for Sparklewellness at the service charge of 8.33% of the employees annual package which Sparkle has to pay after the completion of one month from the joining date of our candidates.
As per their requirement we have provided the candidates. Navneet Bhutuka has shortlisted few candiates and given the offer to join in their organization (Sparklewellness). Candidates are joined accordingly, but he didn't confirmed about their joining to us after their joining also.
And the same time he given the warning to all our candidates who joined in Sparklewellness not to confirm us about their joining.
After 3 months we came to know about their fraud. We tried to connect with (Sparklewellness) Navaneet Bhutuka and his HR Head Miss.Jalpa. Jalpa has simply ignored their joining and given us the warning not to call her. Navneet Bhutuka has barred our all numbers to connect in his Mobile. He informed to all his employees not to connect our call with him. When we use to call their center they simply replied, Navneet or Jalpa is not available in the center.
We sent the invoices for our payment through E-mail. But they simply ignored all the mails till date. We didn't got any reply for our written E-mails.
We sent him text messges, What's up messages E-mails, but no reply.
