Sony Center - Sony Power Bank Complaint Rating:   

I purchased a sony power bank from Sony world Durgapur this year. After some months the power bank has stopped working. Immediately after I rushed to the service centre Durgapur to repair the same article. The service centre Durgapur after verifying the papers of the said article has refused to serve. There after the personnel present there showed me a hairy scratch mark present on the body of the said power bank, and told me about the policy of the company by which they notify the article as a damaged article Created by me. The seller at the time of purchase did not think it is necessary to show me the body of the article properly neither they told me about the definition of the damage made by the company.
