1) On 9 th Feb16 purchased Sony Z5 experia mobile for worth Rs. 55,000/-
2) On 4 th June16 for the audio jack issue submitted the handset after 1 week got replacement.
3) On 27 th Dec16 same issue audio jack submitted the handset
4) After 3 days I got replacement .
5) On 21 Jan Once again submitted mobile for my refund
6) On 30 th Jan 17 got SMS mobile is ready i submitted handset to get money back.
