Sony Center - Bad Service Complaint Rating:

Dear Sir/Mam
I have bought a Sony Xperia XA in September 2016. But since I have purchased it I am facing too many problems in the handset. Even I have complained in service center and mailed them too but they didn't take much good steps. Sony's Authorized service center (Sai Electronics Add.: NIT Faridabad No. 5) kept it for more than 15 days every time. But not resolved the issues. Now they are not taking the phone back or taking other necessary steps. It is having heating, hanging, and ruining battery not even detecting sim cards now. Please resolve the issue soon or I am gonna suicide. I am just sick of it.
