This is to inform you that they replied me he may refund my money of Rs. 6588/- after 45 days
Sir is it really need to take a 45 days to refund. He replied me that I given him a wrong Bank A/c number their system is not allow the number. They knows how to chitting with the people. I send him all my Bank details but everyone know that if add beneficiary it will maximum time only 4 hours but they have need 45 days to refund. Nobody can believe it and I request you to please enquiry about the said refund money. Why they harasse me what they want?
He told me also they will need to refund for 45 days and if I can wait then I will get otherwise forget the amount.
Sir I hope you will take the necessary action against them. He replied that I given him the Bank account number 11 Dizit but he don't know I gave him the proper details of my Bank account and he ask me the ATM Card and also the expired date of the card. I asked them anyone give the ATM Card and also the expired date number. What they thought about myself. Again he want to fraud with me. I call my Bank Manager and told her about this. She send the massage the zonal office of the said Bank. When he asked me their system is not taken my account number. So I send him the printed copy of my number to them. I don't know what they are told.
Sir once again please take it this matter and solved the problem.
