Snep Store - NOKIA 105 Complaint Rating:   

1. The order no 868288 delivered to me on 21 Nov 17 is of defective quality. The product delivered on the date is not of the same as shown in your website. The mobile i.e Nokia-105 is not as it is depicted in the website and I ordered for the product. The accessories i.e battery and charger, delivered are not make up of Nokia.

2. In view of the above you are requested to change the product or take it back with returning of cash to me immediately.

3. It seems you are fooling customers by showing wrong photos in the website.
