Snapdeal - Trimmer Complaint Rating:   

I am from Durgapur. first of all i order a philips QT4006 trimmer for the price of 1150 Rs on 26th march but i received a nova trimmer model no NHC 5916 so further i go for refund.then snapdeal takes 48 hours for processing refund and 3rd April the seller pickup the nova trimmer . but till now i not get my money Back . now snapdeal care issuing that the seller is unauthorised so they cannot do anything . so please help me .
