For two products , one is a lime red gorgette sari ( 1271) and another one a white creap sari ( 1086) I'm not getting the refund and I have informed that since my cancellation of orders are high my account is suspended!!!

As per your return and refund policy I should get my refund for the returns .....

You can suspend my account or whatever but you can't run away my money 2357 rupees!

Neither I got a call from you.

I want my money back . This is shocking that as per your refund policy you are supposed to refund me the money but you are not doing so and your reason is not valid at all.

palamou gomes I called your customer care several times , my phone bill exceeded but everytime they told me that I will be called back within 24 hrs but I received no calls and the same auto generated mails stating sorry we can't give your money back , without any valid reason. I have sent copies of 1. The two mails from your asking me to send back the sarees and confirming money refund for the same, 2. The pickup receipts from JV Express who picked them , 3. The screenshots of the confirmation of receiving the products, passing the quality checks and promise to refund by 31st of March 2017. Shockingly neither did I get the refunds nor did anyone tell me why !! I am cheated by Snapdeal and I want my money back to the earliest otherwise I will be forced to visit Lal Bazar Cyber Crime cell and Consumer court ... Palamou Gomes 9874490341
