Hello my order I'd is 18816760180 I purchased a refurbished good from Snapdeal.com and I got a item which is broken one and with no charger and anything so I raised a complaint and returned the product to the concerned team and then asked for the refund as refurbished items you will get refund and their is no replacement but they said after quality check we will offer you only replacement and not refund they just steal your hard earned money guys don't buy anything from Snapdeal this is my suggestion please believe me and you will be happy.
