Snapdeal - Refund Complaint Rating:   

Vide order no. 17815620664,an order was placed for a leeco le2 mobile and Rs 10999 was paid Vide my debit card on 9th January 2017
The prder was cancelled by me on 10th January 2017.
The snapdeal tells the amount is refunded but still today the amount is not credited in my bank account.
The experience is highly horrible and i am running to pillar to post for my money.
A complaint is registered with Indian bank quoting one reference no given by snapdeal also.
Kindly help to get my money
