Snapdeal - Mobile Refund / Return Complaint Rating:   

I booked oppo mobile on 6th april in snapdeal.. It has been used mobile.. So there is an option for return or replacement i selected for return and i called to customer care regarding for refund they said i have refund option u came send it back.. I selected for refund but no body came to pick that.. Againg i called to snapdeal c. Care they are telling we won't give money back and no return or replacement also snapdeal snapchat has been cheated me.. It's worth of 15000/- please solve my problem and refund my money.. It's my humble request.. Other wise i will loss 15000.. Please understand my problem..
