Snapdeal - Mobile Complaint Rating:
Considering we are a regular customer of snapdeal, we have been taken by surprise to find a very faulty product (Phicomm Energy 2 E670) delivered to us. We are unable to return, replace or do anything with it. On registering a complaint, we were told to give it to a mobile service centre before we returned it back to snapdeal.
More than the fact that we were delivered a product like this, their customer care service annoyed us the most. They are not taking any responsibility for their mistakes. Their ignorant attitude towards customers is inexcusable.
