I have got a faulty phone from Snapdeal it was confirmed by Snapdeal engineer and he stated with in two days return pickup will be done i have already shared job sheet to Snapdeal, and today I got a email that I have to reach service centre to get my new phone repaired and to get job sheet, what happened to Snapdeal easy 7 day return policy and trust pay?
