Have ordered the Le Eco Le 2 on 08/01/2017 the product came to me on 11/01/2017 the product was damaged then they took the replacement of the product on 13/01/2017 and confirmed the delivery by 18/01/2017 and till date 21/01/2017 no response from anyone whenever i try to call them to speak with supervisors or manager they are disconnecting the call. I am in a confused stage what to do as already the payment has been done and such a weired things from the customercare centre.I have been forced to raise this complaint atleast then i will get a proper response from snap deal.
