Snapdeal - Have Not Got Refund Complaint Rating:
l purchased a saree from snapdeal on 4th March and returned it as it was not according to my choice. Company courier had picked the saree on 19th March and approved the return. But I am still waiting for my money. Non of the customer care representative giving any reason that why company cannot return either my money or my saree. I have called them several times but there is no answer with them. I want either my money or my saree back. It is really very unique experiences of mine that an online marketing company is not ready to return either the item or the money. And more importantly they do not have any reason to give. I am ready to take strong action If my matter will not get resolved very soon. How can any reputed company like snapdeal behaves like this with an old and regular customer. It's quite disappointing.
