i bought a laptop from snapdeal on 2nd dec 2016 . ever since i got it its not working at all .the product is faulty i contacted snapdeal multiple times for the same so that they arrange the pickup and i get my money back .its costing rs23000 .but regularly they are making false commitments and not doing anything .. snapdeal customer service is worst and the backend team is useless . ALL ARE BIG TIME LIARS AND FRAUD
