Snapdeal - Clothes Complaint Rating:

I had orderd some clothe material during online shopping and paid the amount by debit card near about 500 rupees. Due to some size issue i returned da product personally from courier retailer(dtdc) and provided necesaary information to snapdeal because they told that pickup service is not available and i didn't receive refund for cancelled product from past 3 months everytime i call the customer care they only ask me to wait n fake assurance.
