Snapdeal - Butterfly Rhino Grinder Complaint Rating:
I ordered butterfly rhino grinder on Sept 13. When it got delivered the grinder can was disproportionate. I called them asked for replacement and on the next day itself I sent that product But after 2/3 I got a mail saying they could not find any dis -proportionality and they are to return it. When it came the second time, apart from the can, the grinding stone was broken into pieces. Right then I took photographs and with the proof i sent them mail. But they did not respond well. Their customer handling is very bad. And about the grinder replacement they gave no mind to it. The mails and phone calls to them went in vain. If only anyone could help with it .
