Snapdeal - 4watt Philips Led Bulb Complaint Rating:   

Ordered philips 4 watt led bulb (pack of 3)on 03.02.17 ,but I have refused to accept the item from delivery boy & it was returned to the seller. But, till now snapdeal has not refund the amount of the item i .e Rs. 373/-. Asked several time for refund ,but no response from snapdeal .com . Please help me.
