They aren't responding to my refund. Delivered the item without informing me even when i asked to cancel it before it was shipped.
And whenever I asked them to return it they just tried to convince me and did nothing else to resolve my problem.
They always ask me to wait for 24 hours and the same goes on everyday, they don't even call back to look into the matter.
