Hi,

I Bhuwan Divakar Shivhare paid SITI broadband services​ 1300 rupees for internet broadband connection
However next I was informed that connection is not feasible at my location and refund will be processed soon. However it has been 16 days and refund is not processed yet. I keep calling SITI broadband customer service, but they disconnect my call without information. Please help with clearing my refund
