Shubham Housing Development Finance Company - Not Processing Loan After Receiving Processing Fees By Company Complaint Rating:   

Hi,
I applied for a home loan on 11 November 2016.I paid 2600Rs as a fees to one of his executive,named Gaurav. Before Applying,I called Mr. Gaurav to come and see my business activities and examine my all documents.He came and examine all things and told me that Your loan of Rs.6,00,000 will be sanctioned within maximum 15-20 days. On 11 Nov. 2016 I went to his office paid him 2600Rs. as a fees and all necessary docs.On 22 Nov 2016,a message came on my mobile that your case has been rejected.When I went to office again and asked to his senior manager(Mr. Harimohan),he told me to examine my case again and asked me some new income docs.I have given my Brother's salary slip,my father Pension certificate and some other supporting docs on 23 Nov 2016.There is a policy of giving loan on club income as well.That's why I gave to him.Still I am waiting for their response.I am calling and meeting in their office,now they refused to process my case,saying my senior boss(sitting at Agra Branch) has not time to re look your case.I told them to repay my fees but they refused to return.I have mailed in their "Head Office" Gurgaon to Ms. Komal Sharma|| Senior Customer Service Officer.She also not giving any satisfactory answer to me on mail.
I don't want to continue any customer relation with this poor company.I want my money back with interest.
Its my humble request to you,please take strict actions against this company and charged some monetary punishment.
