Shopping Outlet - I Have Ordered On 1st Feb And Expected Delivery Was 5working Days Complaint Rating:   

I have ordered a nike shoe on shopping outlet.in webiste costing Rs 2600 and they committed me that i will dispatched in 5 days but till date it is not dispatched and i am getting only fake commitments from them.

I would like to conclude that i want my product asap and i do not want any refund or excuses after waiting for 13 days. I have spent almost an hour everyday to track my order calling up their office...and beautiful part is they do not have a database to maintain the orders placed even in my login and you cannot track the order.
