Purchased a laptop table with Cooling fan as mentioned in the invoice. The product was received today at about 11a.m. The package was also delivered un-damaged and un-tampered.
BUT NO COOLING FAN RECEIVED IN PACKAGE.
This amounts to cheating the customer. This kind of fraud is not expected from a reputed e-commerce company. I would prefer a complete refund.
