I bought a pair of shoes but received a different shoes so i requested for refund. They did the pick up and according to them I was supposed to receive my money on 16th sep but today is 23rd and i am yet to receive it. Now they are asking for mini statements. I am a working lady and I donot have time for all these things. They are denying to investigate until and unless i submit the statement but why would I lie for Rs. 399..Kindly do the needful
