Shopclues - Return Complaint Rating:   

I bought a combo of watches,wallet and leather belt from shopclues but i did not satisfied from quality that is why,I am saying for return from more than a month. But my return request automatically closes.. My order id is 107800562 and return id is 3598523.. I have made a phone call for than 6 time but still i am facing same problem no one pick my order.
